Hiranotei Hayama has two separate zones which are "Enjoy Japan!" zone and "Guest Accommodation" zone (see the floor plan above).
The spaces for hire are tatami room lounges, a toilet and basin, a kitchen and Japanese porch.
There are tatami rooms (approx. 10㎡ and 14㎡ large), two separate toilets.
Room 1, 2, 3, 4 and three separate toilets and a bathroom are available for all guests.
In the guesthouse, you have two tatami room (approx. 10㎡ and 14㎡ large), a toilet and a bathroom.
The garden is also included within the space hire and accommodation.
