Experienced in the design field and in the food industry, the chef is an international Yakuzen master and a licensed cook.
She makes and sells the Yakuzen lunch box and provides Traditional Chinese Medicine workshops to teach Chinese food therapy.
Every Friday at "…&ON" in Kamakura, "U+C café" opens with special menu in collaboration with the syrup producer "calm".
She is a mother of two kids and also a member of HOUSE YUIGAHAMA Enjoy LAB.
