The chef's been in the food business since she finished her studies.
Being a food coordinator after the eight-year French and Italian restaurant experience, she has developed strong networks with local farmers and enhanced food system projects across Japan and overseas.
Moved in Hayama in 2018, she founded the business "La lettere" that builds a network of food and society and creates local specialty produce.
Opened a private dining room in Hayama in 2022 in order to enhance customers' food experiences.
