The time duration to hire a space at Hiranotei Hayama ranges from 3 hours to 6 hours.
・Regular Price：20,000 yen for 6 hours / 10,000 yen for 3 hours
・Hayama Price：6,000 yen for 6 hours / 3,000 for 3 hours
※If you want to hire the space for 3 hours other than 12:00pm-3:00pm or 3:00pm-6:00pm, please leave the
preferred time on the comment field when you make a booking.
※Hayama residents can take advantage of special pricing on the hire. Enter your address when you make a
booking.

・Requested time must include set up and clean up time.
・All clean-up must be completed by departure time. We will require you to have the place spotless the
same. Cleaning equipment is available in the house.
・Please do not leave any food or drinks in the refrigerator.
・All areas of the house are strictly no smoking sites.
・No BBQ and fire allowed in the property.
・Please keep it down and do not bother the neighbors. No parties or loud activities whatsoever.
・Rice Cooker, Induction Cooking Heater, Frying Pan, Kettle and other kitchen appliances
・Drinking Glass, Cups, Coffee Grinder and other coffee brewing equipment
・Projector and Screen
The cancellation is free of charge 8 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you a
cancellation fee:
7 days prior to the date of arrival...50% the rate
3 days prior to the date of arrival...The total amount of your reservation will be charged.
